Job summary

Schneider Electric in Batam, Indonesia, is seeking an EMS Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution across EMS facilities, including Batam and Vietnam. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in supply chain or operations.
• Experience in EMS, electronics or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and execution across EMS operations.
• Drive metrics for delivery, reliability, inventory, and planning compliance.
• Manage shortages, risk, and mitigation with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, and logistics for continuity.
• Implement continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
