Job summary

PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life in Indonesia seeks a proactive sales professional to generate new Employee Benefit accounts and maintain existing client relationships. You will develop prospecting strategies, present insurance solutions, and cross-sell EB products while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a focus on customer-centric service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 1-2 years in experience Insurance industry, Financial Service or corporate environment.
• Must Have deep knowledge of Employee Benefit product (esp. Health and Life Insurance Policy)
• Must be highly organized and work well in team environment.
• Must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to assess and maintain multiple priorities while managing one or more books of business.
• Well groomed with strong communication skills, Excellent in presentation and negotiation
• Customer-focused, professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and maintaining existing business by actively contacting prospects, scheduling appointments, making sales presentations and closing new Employee Benefit accounts.
• Develop prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business.
• Build and maintain account existing database, include client relationships and provide oversight to account activity.
• Look for opportunities to grow business from existing clients by offering other products of EB.
• Provide insurance consultancy services to the client and add value to clients.
• Build value client oriented, manage client complaints, solve every problem may arise, do discussion with internal & external team
