PT Proteksindo Broker Asuransi is seeking a driven Account Executive to expand the General Insurance portfolio and develop new business opportunities while maintaining long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience in insurance sales, understands the broking process, and can provide effective risk solutions based on client needs. This role emphasizes cross-selling, upselling, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in General Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of General Insurance products.
• Familiar with end-to-end workflow of an insurance broker.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with networking and business development abilities.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate terms with clients and insurance companies.
• Manage the end-to-end insurance broking process, including quotation, policy issuance, endorsement, renewal, and claims coordination.
• Monitor policy renewals and proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and activity reports.
• Stay updated on General Insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely responses to client inquiries.
