Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking an Employability & Entrepreneurship Officer to lead entrepreneurship program activities, industrial partnerships, and alumni relations across BINUS campuses. The role requires coordinating seminars, trainings, and events while ensuring timely execution and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong social media familiarity and project management skills to drive campus entrepreneurship initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize coaching and training services related to entrepreneurship activity (seminars, workshops, entrepreneur trips).
• Coordinate and promote Entrepreneurship programs to internal and external partners.
• Facilitate alumni networking and engagement with students and campus units.
• Maintain partnership databases and lifecycle activities for employability and entrepreneurship programs.
• Support management and improve quality processes within the center.

Enhance effective communication with alumni using various media• Record and update student participation data in entrepreneurship program (e.g., program review questionnaire)• Organize activities to enhance student participation rate in various Employability & Entrepreneurship Center Program• Conduct alumni engagement and endowment activity (in collaboration with Alumni Relation Office)• Organize certificate print out process and distribution.
