Job summary

BINUS Group seeks a capable coordinator to support Entrepreneurship Program Activities, Industrial Partnership Activities, Alumni Relations, and Operations at the Bekasi campus. You will organize seminars, workshops, and campus events, maintain partner relations, and facilitate alumni networking, ensuring timely delivery and accurate data management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience, familiarity with social media, and willingness to be placed in Bekasi.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably Management.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Familiar with social media usage.
• Knowledge in entrepreneur and project management.
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi area.

Responsibilities

• Organize coaching and training services related to entrepreneurship activity preparation (seminars, workshops, trips).
• Organize programs for development of student entrepreneurship activities (coaching, expo).
• Conduct feedback surveys for each new cycle of programs.
• Follow timetables and ensure timely completion of activities.
