Responsibilities

• Assist sellers and account managers by identifying and escalating issues to backend or operations.
• Triaging day-to-day issues and escalating critical seller issues to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Support performance tracking and analysis for internal reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements based on data.
