Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Fashion Category Strategy Project Intern (TikTok Shop by Tokopedia) to support our category strategy and seller operations initiatives in Jakarta. This internship offers exposure to strategy, operations, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

You will work with Account Managers, Campaign teams, and Operations to drive seller performance, gather insights, and support data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate data into insights.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support category strategy and seller operations initiatives.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Campaign teams, and Operations to resolve seller issues and generate insights.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform strategic decisions in the Fashion category.
