Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/SMK or equivalent, preferably in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics.
• 1-2 years of experience as Technician/Engineering staff in buildings/malls/hotels.
• Familiar with BAS, Telephone/PABX, CCTV, and Fire Alarm systems.
• Able to perform electrical/ELV maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Willing to work on a shift basis.
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of BAS, Telephone/PABX, CCTV, and Fire Alarm systems.
• Monitor and inspect building equipment and systems.
• Handle fault and breakdown reports and take corrective action.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
