PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform daily, preventive, and corrective maintenance on plant electrical systems. You will diagnose faults, read drawings, calibrate equipment, and ensure safety, quality, and HSE compliance in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a technical certificate or diploma in electrical maintenance and a valid SKTTK certification for Solar Power Plant operation & maintenance, with 3-5 years of hands-on plant

• Technical certificate or associate diploma in electrical maintenance.
• Must hold a valid SKTTK certificate covering Solar Power Plant Operation & Maintenance.
• 3-5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance in a plant environment.
• Practical knowledge of plant equipment.
• Awareness of HSE & quality standards.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• ISO awareness/working knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily, preventive, and corrective electrical maintenance on plant equipment and electrical systems.
• Inspect and monitor electrical equipment conditions, identify potential failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test electrical faults involving circuits, wiring, cables, transformers, motors, relays, switches, and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to support maintenance activities.
• Perform equipment alignment, adjustment, and calibration according to technical specifications.
• Monitor spare parts availability and maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Maintain maintenance logbooks and documentation covering repairs, inspections, equipment conditions, and test results.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company procedures, electrical safety requirements, HSE, and quality standards.

Requirement :

A technical certificate / Associate’s Diploma in Electrical maintenance.

Must hold a valid SKTTK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Tenaga Teknik Ketenagalistrikan) issued by the Directorate General of Electricity (DJK), specifically covering Solar Power Plant (PLTS) Operation & Maintenance.

3-5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance as a technician in installation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and installations in a plant environment.

Practical Knowledge of relevant plant equipment

Awareness of HSE & quality standards

Team work and effective collaboration skills

ISO awareness/working knowledge is preferred
