Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a PLTS O&M operator to monitor solar plants and operate SCADA systems, ensuring optimal generation and availability. You will perform routine checks, record production data, and coordinate with engineers to resolve issues.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with renewables focus and 1-3 years of O&M experience, plus SKTTK certification for PLTS operation and maintenance. Strong English and computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the Solar Power Plant via SCADA to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Perform routine operational checks and monitor equipment condition and functionality.
• Record daily operations, energy production, equipment status, and breakdowns.
• Identify and report abnormalities, equipment failures, and SCADA communication issues.
• Troubleshoot SCADA devices, including sensors, relays, and communication systems.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager, Electrical Engineer, and Maintenance to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports.
• Follow Grid Operator instructions and maintain effective operational communication.
• Support emergency response activities and ensure HSSE procedures are followed.
• Monitor maintenance activities, create defect notifications in SAP, and follow up on issues.

Job description

Monitor and operate the Solar Power Plant (PLTS) through the SCADA system to ensure optimal plant performance, generation, and availability.

Perform routine operational checks and monitor the condition and functionality of plant equipment.

Record daily operational activities, energy production, equipment status, and breakdown incidents.

Identify and report abnormalities, equipment failures, and SCADA communication issues.

Perform basic troubleshooting of SCADA-related devices, including sensors, relays, and communication systems.

Coordinate with the Plant Manager, Electrical Engineer, and Maintenance Team to resolve operational issues and improve plant performance.

Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports.

Follow Grid Operator instructions and ensure effective operational communication.

Support emergency response activities and ensure proper implementation of operational procedures.

Monitor maintenance activities, create defect notifications through SAP, and follow up on identified issues.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards and company procedures.

Requirement :

Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Focus on renewable energy.

1 - 3 years in the field of O&M in the related field.

Must hold a valid SKTTK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Tenaga Teknik Ketenagalistrikan) issued by the Directorate General of Electricity (DJK), specifically covering Solar Power Plant (PLTS) Operation & Maintenance.
