Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Document Controller for its Electrical business in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on handling project documentation for invoicing and drawing preparation for approvals within the country.

You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, maintain comprehensive project records, and ensure subcontract documents are executed before payments. AutoCAD proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field required.
• 1-2 years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience with Power Quality and Power Distribution products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties/vendors quality controls of project documentation to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams, customers and key stakeholders.
• Communicate with accounting to ensure all subcontract documents are fully executed prior to payment.
• Collaborate with subcontractors during pre-construction, construction and job close-out phases.
• Work with project team members to meet project expectations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders, contract modifications and approvals.
• Operate AutoCAD.
• Attend all project meetings and take notes.
• Support Quality Management System (QMS): implement process approach, risk-based thinking, sustain and communicate QMS goals and improvements.
