Job summary

PT Powertek Indo Asia in West Java is seeking a Production Planner to develop and execute production planning in line with targets, set up production lines, coordinate with QC/Warehouse/PPIC, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidate holds a D3/S1 in Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 1–3 years' production experience, preferably in the electrical industry, and strong MS Office skills. Willingness to work shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in production.
• Experience in the electrical industry (panels, switchgear, cables, or other electrical products) preferred.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Strong leadership skills, prior leader/supervisory experience preferred.
• Willing to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production planning in line with set targets/deadlines.
• Set up and configure production lines (layout, workflow, machine & personnel allocation) to support process efficiency
• Monitor and track production progress on a regular basis.
• Ensure the production process runs efficiently and according to the planned schedule.
• Maintain good coordination and communication with related departments (QC, Warehouse, PPIC) to support smooth production operations.
• Prepare periodic production reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to be submitted to the Production Manager.
• Willing to work on a shift system as per operational needs.
