Job summary

Pt Bangunperkasa Adhitamasentra is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in Tangerang. The role focuses on planning, execution, and supervision of all electrical maintenance activities to ensure reliable and safe operation of plant electrical systems.

You will manage a team of electricians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of electrical maintenance technicians in performing daily tasks.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment, including motors, generators, switchgear, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment failures promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory for electrical components and tools.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
