Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking an on-site maintenance professional to inspect production and electrical systems daily, perform preventive maintenance, and implement changes to electrical panels and related equipment. The role emphasizes safety, housekeeping, and accurate daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Check the condition of production, electrical and other supporting machines daily and report any abnormal conditions for immediate repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance and condition monitoring tasks according to established procedures.
• Carry out change/modification tasks and installation of power tools, fabrication of control panels and related components when needed.
• Check function and simulate the working process of electrical machines/appliances, and ensure control circuits, alarms and interlocks operate safely.
• Take initiative to maintain housekeeping to improve safety and working conditions.
• Create daily reports on completed work and record them in the quality records for the machines serviced.
• Maintain and preserve all work equipment and keep the workplace clean.
• Record electricity usage (PLN & genset/solar) daily to trace and verify consumption.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and duties by subordinates, with full awareness of rights.
• Maintain work discipline and safety regulations with full awareness.
• Perform other duties as instructed by superiors.
• Respond to emergency calls at any time and coordinate with electrical foreman and officers for irregularities.
