Job summary

goldenagri is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to oversee loop checking, calibration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment across our plant operations.

You will ensure compliance with OSHA, IEC, PUIL and company HSE standards, troubleshoot complex systems, monitor performance, and coordinate contractors. You will use SAP for maintenance planning, mentor junior staff, and provide after-hours support when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) within manufacturing or process industries.
• Familiar with relevant safety standards and regulations (OSHA, IEC, PUIL, K3 Listrik, etc.).
• Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loop checking, calibration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and instrumentation equipment, control systems, and plant utilities.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reliability and safety.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, technicians, and project teams during maintenance, shutdown, and commissioning.
• Prepare work programs, maintenance plans, and technical documentation using SAP.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.
• Support emergency breakdowns and provide after-hours technical assistance.
