Job summary

PT Indonesia Multi Colour Printing is seeking an Electrical Engineer/Leader to oversee maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery in a busy can packaging plant at ByPass Krian, Sidoarjo. The role requires PLC programming skills and a solid understanding of safety and quality standards.

You will lead a small maintenance team, ensure reliability of packaging lines, and implement continuous improvements in line with K3 and ISO 9001:2015.

Qualifications

• Preferably holding a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electrical Leader/Foreman or 3 years as an Electrical Engineer in the manufacturing industry
• Maintains and troubleshoots industrial machinery, especially flexible packaging equipment
• Proficient in understanding and programming PLC systems
• Strong in electronic logic and technical analysis
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Solid understanding of K3 and ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Minimum passive English proficiency
• Willing to be based at ByPass Krian, Sidoarjo

Requirements:
