Arup seeks an Electrical Engineer to develop technical knowledge and hands-on skills for consulting across electrical engineering projects in Jakarta. You will model, analyze, and design, while taking accountability for project components, supported by a clear career plan.

Responsibilities include delivering designs with limited supervision, producing technical reports, and collaborating with teams to ensure quality and compliance with standards. A proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong capability to design and deliver practical, compliant solutions.
• Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical engineering design, modelling, and analysis tasks with limited supervision.
• Take accountability for defined components of projects with accuracy and quality.
• Prepare technical documentation including reports, specifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, represent your group in meetings, and support internal initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
