Job summary

Arup seeks an Electrical Engineer to develop technical knowledge and hands-on skills for consulting across electrical engineering projects in Jakarta. You will model, analyze, and design, while taking accountability for project components, supported by a clear career plan.

Responsibilities include delivering designs with limited supervision, producing technical reports, and collaborating with teams to ensure quality and compliance with standards. A proactive mindset is essential.

Is this role right for you?

• A recognised tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years’ industry experience
• Strong technical capability to design and deliver practical, compliant engineering solutions
• Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical environments, both written and verbal
• A proactive, motivated mindset with the ability to work independently or collaboratively while maintaining cost-effective outcomes
