Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical power distribution, maintenance, or industrial utilities, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems in industrial environments.
• Experience with High Voltage systems (HV/MV switching, protection, isolation, safety).
• Knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, protection relays, and transformers (150 kV, 20 kV, 400 V).
• Experience in maintenance, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvement.
• Proficient with MS Office and engineering tools (ETAP).
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations; English (B2) and Indonesian.
• Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of site electrical systems and power supply.
• Maintain and optimize electrical equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor energy performance and support continuous improvement in system reliability and efficiency.
• Support site projects and ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.
