ABB in Jakarta is seeking a Project Coordinator/Engineer to support the execution of medium-size electrical distribution and electrification projects. You will assist in ensuring activities align with procedures, standards, and project targets, while collaborating with senior project managers and cross-functional teams.

The role operates in a hybrid work model and contributes to ABB's Electrification Distribution Solutions Business in Jakarta.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-7 years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical distribution, power systems, automation, or EPC environments.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, substations, protection systems, and electrical distribution solutions.
• Understanding of project execution principles, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with ABB products, IEC standards, and Indonesian project environments preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, Microsoft Office applications, or equivalent project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the project manager in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling project activities to achieve project objectives.
• Tracking project progress, resource utilization, schedules, budgets, and financial performance while ensuring timely reporting.
• Assisting in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Supporting project documentation, contract administration, change management, and project close-out activities in accordance with contractual requirements.
