Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Control Leader for a leading automotive components supplier in Indonesia. The role focuses on PLC programming, troubleshooting, and driving machine automation to boost reliability and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing site in Cikarang, Bekasi.

You'll work with production, maintenance, and engineering teams, monitor sensors and control systems, and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical control and automation.
Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of sensors, instrumentation, and automation systems.
Good English communication skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi.

Responsibilities

Perform PLC programming, modification, and troubleshooting activities.
Support machine automation and electrical control system improvements.
Monitor and maintain sensors, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
Analyse electrical and automation-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve machine performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to automation and production efficiency.
