Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an EHS Support (Safety and Security) for Merak. The role focuses on strengthening Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security practices through hands-on inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

You will support safety training, emergency planning, and the monitoring of CCTV and access control. A Bachelor's in a related field and 1–2 years of EHSS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, Environmental Science, Public Health, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Environmental, Occupational Health, or EHSS functions.
• Sound technical knowledge.
• High level of initiative to get the work done.
• Analytical thinking and troubleshooting.
• Reporting method, computer & program literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Organize safety training, orientation training, and awareness programs.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports and records.
• Support emergency response planning, drills, and preparedness activities.
• Monitor CCTV systems and oversee the access control system for employees, guests, and contractors.
• Handle and investigate security incidents like theft, sabotage, vandalism, or procedure violations.

To support the development digitalization in EHS by using Power Apps, Automate, etc. To support continuous improvement of Environmental and Occupational Health Management Systems in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.
