Job summary

Caterpillar Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking an experienced EHS Officer to support implementation of environmental, health and safety programs. You will conduct inspections, assist with incidents investigations, maintain documentation, and coordinate training and reporting in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires a Diploma with 5+ years EHS experience or a Bachelor’s with 3+ years, AK3U or AK3 Madya certification, and strong knowledge of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and SMK3 PP

Qualifications

• Diploma with 5+ years EHS experience or Bachelor with 3+ years in EHS.
• Certified AK3U or AK3 Madya preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, SMK3 PP 50/2012.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of EHS policies and programs.
• Assist hazard identification, risk assessments and environmental impact assessments.
• Conduct workplace inspections, observations and audits; follow up actions.
• Maintain EHS documentation and records filing systems.
• Deliver EHS inductions and support training; assist with tender submissions.

The role supports the implementation of EHS programs, compliance activities, inspections, reporting, training, audits and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
