Job summary

INDICO is seeking an Edutech Business Operations Intern to support day-to-day operations of education and digital learning programs across Indonesia.

You will work with internal teams and external partners on program administration, content updates, data tracking in Excel/Google Sheets, and participant support. The role requires strong Excel skills, good communication, and the ability to travel to other cities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major; internship/work experience in operations, programs, education, partnerships, or customer support is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills and analytical thinking.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Digital savvy, comfortable learning new platforms and tools.
• Fast learner, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end operations of Digital Education Business in collaboration with external partners across Indonesia.
• Handle program administration, documentation, and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Support content development and updates on relevant digital platforms, including internship/program-related information.
• Act as a point of contact for program participants and provide support for inquiries or operational issues.
• Monitor program activities, data, and follow-ups using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and support other business initiatives as needed.
• Travel to other cities when required.

You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and program participants to ensure programs run smoothly, from administration and content preparation to platform support and participant assistance.
