Job summary

English 1 Indonesia is expanding its marketing team to drive growth for its education centers across the country. The Marketing Coordinator will plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, oversee school visits, community events, and ATL campaigns while supervising content creation and digital ads.

You will work with the Center Director to develop monthly plans and budgets, coordinate campaigns with vendors, track performance, and report ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
• At least 3 years of experience in the marketing field.
• Experience in managing events is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability in project management and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans and budgets.
• Coordinate online, offline, and ATL campaigns with external vendors or agencies.
• Plan and oversee offline marketing activities such as school partnerships, events, and community engagement.
• Monitor lead generation, track campaign performance, and report ROI.
• Supervise content creation, social media activities, and digital ads.
