Job summary

Risata Bali Resort and Spa in Bali is seeking an energetic E-commerce & Sales Specialist to manage online booking platforms, drive revenue, and optimize listings.

You will analyze performance, coordinate with support teams, and deliver guest-focused service while maintaining high standards of hospitality in a serene Balinese setting.

This on-site role requires strong communication, English proficiency, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment near Kuta.

Qualifications

• Strong e-commerce and sales skills with experience managing online booking platforms and driving revenue.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and propose actionable improvements.
• Proven customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset and ability to support online inquiries and resolve issues.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or ecommerce is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with OTA extranet tools, channel managers, and basic CMS or booking engine systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bali, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
