Intrepid Asia is seeking a Merchandiser Executive to optimize client storefronts and drive traffic across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. You will collaborate with Head of Merchandising and cross-functional teams to enhance product pages, banners, and descriptions for a compelling online shopping journey.

With a marketing or visual communication background and 2+ years in ecommerce, you will apply strong visual merchandising, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication to deliver

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Communication, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, digital marketing, campaign planning, livestream, or related roles
• Good understanding of ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) and content management systems
• Strong sense of visual merchandising and understanding of what makes for a compelling online shopping experience
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to data to drive decision-making
• Strong command of Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Creative flair and passion for visual storytelling with an eye for design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Keen interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and merchandising trends

Our Merchandising & Creative Team brings brands and products to life through compelling visuals and on-brand storytelling. From graphic design and content creation to product presentation and campaign assets, the team crafts experiences that captivate and convert. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of digital commerce, we transform ideas into visuals that drive engagement, elevate brands, and enhance the online shopping journey.

The part you will play

The Merchandiser Executive will help us deliver exceptional online shopping experiences for our clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Merchandising and cross-functional teams to ensure our clients' stores excel across all platforms. Your responsibilities will include optimizing product pages, driving engagement to increase traffic and conversions, and supporting AI livestream executions. • Develop merchandising strategies and drive traffic: Create and implement strategies that enhance the shopping experience across e-commerce touchpoints (product pages, shop-in-shops, chat features) while optimizing product visibility through search keywords, compelling content, and high-quality visuals
• Increase and improve customer engagement: Optimize store layouts and visual hierarchy, highlight key products through effective banner sequencing, leverage the right mix of high-performing modules, and enhance engagement with clear, compelling copy to create a smooth and intuitive shopping experience
• Track performance and analyze competitors: Monitor key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions, while conducting regular competitive benchmarking to refine strategies and ensure campaigns remain distinctive
• Audit and optimize platforms: Continuously assess e-commerce platforms to identify areas for improvement and ensure strategies are executed flawlessly
• Collaborate with creative teams: Work closely with the Graphic Design & Content teams to create visuals that align with project briefs and strategies
• Storyboarding and scriptwriting: Develop engaging, conversion-driven scripts and storyboards for AI powered livestreams and videos across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign mechanics, and resonates with the target audience
• Stay informed on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in e-commerce, livestreaming, and visual merchandising to maintain a competitive edge
