Job summary

The British American Tobacco Group in Malang is seeking a Cell Manager - E – Liquid to oversee daily production operations, lead production teams, and drive continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to GMP standards.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing and demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience leading production teams in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GMP, quality management, CAPA, root-cause analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production activities.
• Deliver production targets related to service levels, equipment performance, productivity, quality, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations into production and quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and manufacturing effectiveness.
• Develop, coach, and manage production teams, including performance reviews and succession planning.
• Manage manufacturing costs through effective utilization of labor, materials, utilities, and equipment.
• Support new product introductions, process validation activities, and operational readiness for production deployment.
