• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation project supervision.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, or plant environments.
• Proficient in reading Electrical & Instrumentation drawings.
• Understanding of project scheduling and S-Curve for progress monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of JSA and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong leadership and contractor management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day E&I project activities at site.
• Ensure E&I work follows approved technical specifications, drawings, and method statements.
• Review technical documents and provide field direction to contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor the quality of E&I installation work and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Read and interpret Electrical and Instrumentation drawings.
• Coordinate E&I activities with other disciplines to ensure proper integration and minimize conflicts.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate solutions with stakeholders.
• Support testing, inspection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor E&I project progress against the project schedule and S-Curve.
• Identify delays and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.
• Provide regular progress updates.
• Lead and direct contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety with JSA and safe work practices.
• Coordinate daily work with Production and Maintenance.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain documentation in Excel.
