TikTok Shop is offering an Accelerated Development Program for MBA and Master’s graduates. You will join as a full-time employee, rotate across key business areas over 18 to 24 months, and gain hands-on operating experience in strategy, analytics, category growth, operations, and special projects.

Upon completion, you will be positioned to take on strategic initiatives or key operating roles within TikTok Shop, contributing to the growth of our evolving e-commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across strategy, analytics, category growth, operations, and special projects to gain end-to-end exposure.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into action.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies and growth projects for platform initiatives.
• Use data to monitor performance and inform leadership decisions.
• Own workstreams within high-impact projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Develop scalable processes and playbooks to improve efficiency and ecosystem growth.
