Job summary

TikTok Shop is inviting MBA and Master’s graduates to join the Accelerated Development Program, a full‑time, 18–24 month rotation across strategy, analytics, category growth, operations and special projects. From Day 1 you rotate across business areas, work with senior stakeholders, own meaningful projects, and build commercial, analytical and leadership skills to drive growth in digital commerce.

Upon completion you’ll be positioned for strategic initiatives or key operating roles within TikTok

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree from a recognized university is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and quick learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse teams.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across TikTok Shop functions to gain end-to-end exposure to strategy, analytics, growth, operations, and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with teams to identify growth opportunities, diagnose challenges, and translate insights into plans.
• Support go-to-market strategies, category initiatives, seller/creator development, and platform growth projects.
• Use data to monitor performance, evaluate opportunities, and support decisions.
• Own workstreams: define problems, align stakeholders, plan execution, track progress, review outcomes.
• Build relationships with sellers, creators, cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Develop playbooks, process improvements, scalable operating mechanisms.
• Demonstrate ownership, learning agility, adaptability, and clear communication in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
