Responsibilities

• Rotate across TikTok Shop business functions over 18 to 24 months, gaining exposure to strategy, analytics, category growth, operations, and special projects.
• Partner with business, operations, category, product, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and solve business challenges.
• Support design and execution of go-to-market strategies, category initiatives, seller and creator development programs, and platform-level growth projects.
• Use data and business analysis to monitor performance, evaluate opportunities, and support decision‑making for business leaders.
• Own workstreams within high‑impact projects, including problem definition, stakeholder alignment, execution planning, progress tracking, and outcome review.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sellers, creators, cross‑functional teams, and business leaders.
• Develop practical playbooks, process improvements, and scalable operating mechanisms to improve business efficiency and ecosystem growth.
• Demonstrate ownership, learning agility, adaptability, and communication skills in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
