Job summary

PT. Era Blu Elektronik in Jakarta is seeking a driven Sales & E-commerce Analyst to track sales performance across product categories, break down targets into action plans, and support data-driven decisions.

You will plan and run campaigns, monitor pricing against competitors on Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, and Lazada, and coordinate with Design, Marketing, and Content teams to keep campaigns on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in e-commerce, sales, or business development.
• Comfortable with numbers and data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiar with Indonesian marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, Lazada).
• Good communication skills — able to work with multiple teams under deadlines.
• Good written and spoken English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Track sales performance (visitors, orders, revenue) for your product category and spot what's not working.
• Break down monthly and campaign targets into clear action plans.
• Plan and run sales campaigns — set daily targets, pick best-selling products, and suggest pricing.
• Check competitor prices on various Marketplace to support pricing decisions.
• Monitor campaigns, catch problems early, and fix them fast.
• Work and coordinate with Design, Marketing, and Content teams to keep campaigns on schedule.
