Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated intern to support Customer Experience, Seller Operations and Risk projects within our e-commerce focused team in Indonesia. You will help automate data collection, build dashboards, and contribute to management reporting.

This role offers hands-on exposure to market research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with analytics and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Passionate about technology and business. E-commerce experience or interest preferred, but not a prerequisite.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language, preferably Python and SQL.
• Experience in data analysis and data collection preferred.
• Full time interns preferred (3-6 months). Part time interns available at least 4 days a week are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support projects covering Customer Experience, Seller Operations and Risk.
• Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support the development and implementation of key initiatives.
• Review and automate data collection and aggregation processes to build dashboards for management reporting.
• Support data investigation by reviewing and tidying raw data to derive meaningful insights to support operational excellence.
• Collaborate with other functional teams to drive business insights and improvements.
