Job summary

Facetology is seeking an on-site Ecommerce Analytics Specialist in Jakarta to build dashboards for GMV, ads, vouchers, promotions, and JBP campaigns. You will automate cross-platform data extraction for daily, real-time updates and develop real-time pricing/promotion monitoring.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of experience, strong SQL and BI tool skills, and knowledge of e-commerce metrics. On-site in Tebet, Jakarta Selatan is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Information Systems, CS, Stats or related.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Python/R and API extraction experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics (GMV, AOV, ROAS, CIR).
• Willing to WFO from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain E-Commerce dashboards covering GMV, Ads, Voucher, Promotion, JBP & Campaign performance.
• Automate multi-platform E-Commerce data extraction for accurate daily & real-time updates.
• Develop real-time monitoring for Pricing & Promotion Compliance and suspicious/Bulk Order transactions.
• Validate & reconcile E-Commerce platform program benefits with internal data and support discrepancy/appeal processes.
• Ensure E-Commerce data accuracy & integrity and provide actionable data to support business decisions.
