Job summary

Akulaku Indonesia is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to drive merchant growth and maximize GMV within the e‑commerce platform. You will build long‑term partnerships, analyze sales data, and coordinate campaigns to optimize performance.

You will engage with merchants, negotiate terms, and ensure adherence to platform policies. A background in business or e‑commerce and fluent English are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing or E‑commerce.
• 2+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Account Management in E‑commerce.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with consumer home & living products is preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive GMV and order growth by managing merchant performance and achieving sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong merchant relationships and negotiate to maximize sales and long‑term collaboration.
• Manage daily merchant operations, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with platform policies and standards.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, promotions, and data to identify opportunities and actionable strategies.
• Coordinate merchant participation in platform campaigns and promotional activities to optimize sales performance.
