Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum graduation from Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of working experience as a Marine Dispatcher or in vessel operations.
• Proficient operating marine communication radios (VHF/SSB) and fleet tracking systems.
• Understand Indonesian port regulations, shipping documentation, and local maritime procedures.
• Willing to be placed in Sorong, Papua Barat.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operational activities related to ship operation.
• Ensure compliance with organisational procedures and industry regulations to ensure the safe operation of ships.
• Manage primary communications link with the Ship's Master and maintain relations with customers.
• Monitor ship movements and cargo transfer operations.
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate vessel schedules with captains, agents, and management.
• Process and verify marine documents, including port clearances and cargo manifests.
• Act as the primary communications hub between vessel, port authorities (KSOP), and the company.
