Job summary

Zazzy's Pizza in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a waitress to deliver friendly, attentive service and to take and serve orders accurately. You will work closely with Kitchen, Bar, and Operations teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service or hospitality.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, take and serve orders.
• Ensure food and beverages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain assigned tables and service areas; respond to guest requests.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Set up and clear tables; maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Support the team during busy periods and peak times.
