Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) is seeking an experienced Event Planner/MC to plan and organize corporate events, brand activations, and customer events in Jakarta. You will host company meetings, manage social media live streams, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless execution.

The role requires Mandarin fluency (HSK 5), strong verbal and presentation skills, and at least 2 years in event planning or PR. Proficiency in MS Office; Canva/CapCut is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Mandarin fluency (HSK 5 or equivalent) with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Event Planning, Event Management, PR, or related roles.
• Confident as an MC/Host and enjoys interacting with people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva/CapCut is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize corporate events, brand activations, and customer events.
• Act as an MC/Host for company meetings and events. Manage social media live streaming (planning, hosting, and engagement).
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Support Brand & Corporate Culture team in daily operations.
