VML is seeking an Account Manager to lead on projects for one of our largest businesses in the company. You will work closely with the Account Director to organize, follow through and manage day‑to‑day work and client accounts to ensure growth in overall performance.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage day-to-day project from brief, creation to execution.
• Translate the client’s business requirements into digital project and creative briefs.
• To build a solid working relationship with the team and clients.
• Proficiently compose internal and client correspondence (timely and accurate) – status report, email recap, creative brief, job requisition.
• Keep a health check on budget with zero write-off.
• Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients.
• Monitoring all stages of campaigns to ensure they are running smoothly.
• Work with the integrated team.
• Monitoring of media for relevant information on competitive activities and market developments.
• Keep all teams involved, informed of relevant brand and competitive activity.
• Obtain cost approvals based on approved budgets and monitor costs.
• Ensure all account procedures are efficiently adhered to for the company and its clients.
• Build receptive client attitude to creative efforts.
