Accor di Surabaya mencari Duty Manager untuk mengelola operasi Front Office dan memastikan layanan VIP berstandar tinggi. Anda akan membantu di area Operator, Reservations, Reception, Concierge, Business Center, dan Bell Desk, sambil memeriksa kesiapan kamar VIP sebelum kedatangan tamu.

• Memeriksa dan memastikan kamar VIP dalam keadaan rapi beserta fasilitas yang diperlukan sebelum kedatangan tamu VIP.
