Job summary

Alila Hotels and Resorts in Bali is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain a secure, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You will supervise and train teams, coordinate front desk, housekeeping, and F&B during shifts, handle VIP requests, and uphold brand standards across all hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant experience in 5star luxury hotels or luxury resorts
• Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff during the shift.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members.
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
• Participate in inventory management and control.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and quality benchmarks.
• Implement and uphold the hotel's policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
