Job summary

PT Chenyu Construction Group in Palembang is seeking a responsible Drone Pilot to operate agricultural drones for spraying, seeding, and other farming tasks. Proficiency with DJI Agras or similar equipment is highly valued.

You will conduct pre-flight inspections, plan field operations, troubleshoot basic issues, and maintain clear records. You’ll work either independently or with a field team to ensure safe, efficient drone flights and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK equivalency.
• Experience as a Drone Pilot is preferred.
• Experience with DJI Agras or similar drones is highly preferred.

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Drone Pilot to operate agricultural drones for field operations, including spraying, seeding, and other agricultural activities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating DJI Agras or similar agricultural drones.

Placement: Palembang, South Sumatera

Job Description:

Operate and control agricultural drones for spraying, seeding, and other farming activities.

Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure the drone and supporting equipment are in good condition.

Plan and execute drone operations according to field conditions and operational requirements.

Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting of drone equipment.

Coordinate with the field team to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Maintain operational records and report any issues or incidents during drone operations.

Requirements:

Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

Previous experience as a Drone Pilot is preferred.

Experience operating DJI Agras or other agricultural drones is highly preferred.

Holding a relevant drone pilot certificate/license is a plus.

Physically fit, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
