Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Indonesia is seeking a Driver Engagement Executive to elevate driver performance, safety compliance and fleet efficiency across our transport operations. This role focuses on driver capability, training, and engagement to reduce costs and improve safety metrics.

You will coordinate programs, monitor fleet performance, and build strong relationships with drivers and stakeholders while ensuring training records and certifications remain compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in relevant Logistic & Supply Chain filed
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field
• Experience working with regional or multi-site transportation operations
• Strong knowledge of Trucking Management, HSSE, Driver Training & Development Programs, Fleet Performance Management

Responsibilities

• Ensure driver safety compliance with regulations and company policies
• Design, coordinate and deliver driver training programs and evaluations
• Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs and initiatives to reduce expenses
• Engage drivers to improve attendance, retention, and performance

This role is responsible for enhancing driver performance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency through driver development, engagement initiatives, and fleet performance monitoring.

As a key member of the transport team, you will play a critical role in ensuring driver capability, reducing operational costs, improving safety performance, and maintaining a positive driver experience.

Your Impact as Driver Engagement Executive

Driver Safety and Compliance

• Ensure all drivers consistently comply with safety regulations, company policies, and transportation standards
• Promote a strong HSSE culture across transportation operations
• Monitor driver safety performance and support corrective actions when required
• Support accident prevention and safe driving initiatives

Driver Training & Development

• Design, coordinate, and deliver driver training programs
• Conduct driver skill assessments and competency evaluations
• Identify development opportunities and implement improvement plans
• Maintain driver training records and certification compliance

Fleet Performance Management

• Monitor and analyze fuel consumption performance
• Identify opportunities to improve driving behavior and fuel efficiency
• Track maintenance costs and support initiatives to reduce operating expenses
• Drive continuous improvement programs focused on transportation productivityand cost optimization

Driver Engagement & Attendance Management

• Monitor driver absenteeism and support engagement initiatives to improve attendance and retention
• Build positive working relationships with drivers and operational stakeholders
• Support recognition and communication programs that enhance driver motivation and performance
• Act as a key liaison between drivers and transportation management

Education

Bachelor Degree in relevant Logistic & Supply Chain filed

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field
