Job summary

GreenSM is seeking a hands-on Driver Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment growth through impactful events, community engagement, and data-driven marketing initiatives. This role focuses on attracting quality drivers and strengthening our local presence on the ground.

The candidate will plan and execute activities such as roadshows, recruitment events, exhibitions, and community programs, while coordinating with agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth on-site execution and strong ROI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in driver mass-recruitment, event execution, data coordination or marketing operations.
Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute driver acquisition activities including roadshows, recruitment events, product activations, exhibitions, and community engagement programs.
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to manage logistics, production, manpower, and on-site execution.
Analyze customer and driver insights to develop marketing plans, content strategies, and channel optimization.
