Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in drafting or related field.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Draw sketches and prepare floor plans and building designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

A Drafter is responsible for translating concepts, ideas, or sketches from architects and engineers into accurate technical drawings or working designs in 2D and 3D forms. The Drafter creates and revises technical design documents according to project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Draw sketches and use software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp to prepare floor plans and building designs
• Create and revise technical design documents according to project needs
• Assist in the administration process related to projects
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure all documents comply with standards and can be used effectively
• Ensure accuracy of data and documentation provided to relevant parties

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the related field
