Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking an architectural/interior drafting professional to develop detailed drawings and 2D/3D models for retail outlets in West Jakarta.

You will collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure designs meet safety, branding, and execution requirements. The role requires 1–3 years of drafting experience in retail projects and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity in Revit and rendering tools considered

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 1-3 years drafting experience, preferably in retail projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Revit and 3D rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and building standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication for team collaboration.
• Experience in retail layout projects is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites; West Jakarta office (Full WFO).
