Job summary

PT Pacific Medan Industri seeks a Diploma Civil Engineer to support factory drawing updates and project drawings in Medan. You will assist with mechanical and electrical works, maintain equipment, and ensure logbook reporting and safety compliance.

The role requires good English, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in 2D/3D AutoCAD, with a focus on clean working practices and adherence to ISO/food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience less than 3 years in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, thoroughness, and proficiency in 2D/3D AutoCAD.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain factory drawings.
• Provide drawings for projects, maintenance and R&D activities.
• Assist mechanical or electrical works as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area.
• Maintain all equipment and tools entrusted to him/her.
• Report all activities and completed work in the log book.
• Follow hygiene, cleanliness, discipline and safety regulations.
• Support effective operation and maintenance of the food safety management system (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, SMK3, Halal, SNI, RSPO & HACCP).
