Job summary

PT Pacific Medan Industri seeks a Diploma Civil Engineer to support factory drawing updates and project drawings in Medan. You will assist with mechanical and electrical works, maintain equipment, and ensure logbook reporting and safety compliance.

The role requires good English, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in 2D/3D AutoCAD, with a focus on clean working practices and adherence to ISO/food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience less than 3 years in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, thoroughness, and proficiency in 2D/3D AutoCAD.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain factory drawings.
• Provide drawings for projects, maintenance and R&D activities.
• Assist mechanical or electrical works as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area.

Job description

To update and maintain factory drawing in a proper file.

To provide drawing for project, maintenance and R&D activities.

To help mechanical or electrical works whenever required.

To maintain cleanliness of his working area.

To maintain all equipment and tools that entrusted to him by proper utilization.

To report all activities and job done in log book.

To follow company hygiene, cleanness, disciplinary and safety regulation.

Make sure the effective operational and maintain of the effective food safety management system, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, SMK3, Halal, SNI, RSPO & HACCP.

Qualification

Candidate must possess at least Diploma Civil Engineering.

Experience less than 3 years relevant field in manufacture industry is preferred.

Good communication, thoroughness, and proficient using 2D and 3D AutoCAD.

Good command in English both oral and written

Work placed on KIM 2 Mabar.
