Job summary

PT Japfa Indoland is seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to join our Property Strategic Business Unit in Jawa Timur. You will create and revise architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings using CAD tools and coordinate with engineers and architects to meet project requirements.

You will prepare 2D/3D models, ensure compliance with building codes, and maintain organized drawing archives while supporting project proposals and site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of drafting experience in property development or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit).
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings from sketches and specifications.
• Create 2D and 3D models using CAD software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Revise drawings to incorporate changes and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
